Bookings
A booking is confirmed when we confirm your date and time and your invoice is paid.
Satisfaction guarantee
Tell us within 24 hours of your cleaning if anything isn't right. We'll return and re-clean the reported areas at no charge. If the re-clean doesn't resolve it, we'll issue a refund.
Payment
Payment is due via the invoice we send before the scheduled cleaning.
Cancellations
Please give us as much notice as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule.
Property access
You must provide working access instructions (lockbox code, key location). If we can't get in, the visit still counts as a completed trip.
Supplies
You provide linens, toilet paper, soap, and consumables; we provide the cleaning labor and restock from your supply at each turnover.
Photos
We take before-and-after photos of every clean for your records, and may ask your permission to use them in our marketing.
